Find A Missing Rewards Coupon Code

UPDATE November 24, 2024: Until we fully integrate our new Cart/Checkout features with ForgeRewards coupons, we’re manually checking the Forge Rewards Account for each order to see if there are any active freebie coupons. This means if you have a coupon for a free product hanging out in your Forge Rewards Account, we’re going to include the item(s) in your next order. The freebie will not be listed in your Shipping Confirmation email, but the product(s) will be shipped with your order. If you clicked Unlock and Apply for a free item, but don’t see the item in your Cart or can’t find the Coupon Code, log in to your Account and follow these steps:

• Coupon Codes for free items you selected will be displayed on the Cart page, right below Coupon Code/Apply Coupon.
• There must be something in the Cart to display available Coupon Codes, otherwise it will say “Your Cart is Empty.” If you’re only redeeming a coupon for a free Rewards item, put something else in your cart, then remove it after activating the coupon.
• Copy and paste the Coupon Code into the coupon field and click Apply Coupon. You will see that item appear in the list of products, and the cost of that item is deducted from the Cart Total.

Coupon codes don’t expire. You can use them any time, either as a standalone order, or added to a purchase. If your free item is the only item, or your cart total is less than $50, you’ll just pay $10 for Flat Rate Shipping.
