At Forge Hemp Company, we know you're looking forward to receiving your order, and we work hard to get it on its way quickly. As a small Colorado company, we take pride in providing prompt, dependable shipping and personal customer service.

Shipping Rates

We keep shipping simple and straightforward:

• FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.

• $10 flat-rate shipping on orders under $50.

Free-shipping eligibility is calculated using your merchandise subtotal after coupons and promotional discounts, but before taxes and shipping charges.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders received by 2:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, normally ship the same business day, provided payment and age verification are complete.

Orders received after 2:00 PM Mountain Time, on weekends, or on holidays generally ship the next business day.

Occasionally, our shipping schedule may change due to holidays, temporary closures, or other circumstances. When applicable, we'll announce planned changes through a notice on our website.

If an unexpected issue prevents us from shipping your order as scheduled, we'll make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping schedules are subject to applicable laws governing order delays and cancellations.

Age Verification

Forge Hemp Company products are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older.

We independently verify the age of every new customer before shipping an order. This generally involves checking publicly available records using the name and address provided at checkout.

If we're unable to conclusively verify your age, we'll attempt to contact you and may request a photograph of a valid government-issued identification document.

Please ensure that your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number are accurate so we can reach you if additional verification is needed.

Orders requiring additional age verification cannot ship until verification is successfully completed. Delays, cancellations, and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

Forge Hemp Company ships exclusively to eligible addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping availability depends on the products ordered, applicable federal, state, and local laws, and carrier restrictions.

Not all products can be shipped to every destination. Customers are responsible for reviewing the laws applicable to their location before ordering. Forge Hemp Company also reserves the right to decline or cancel shipments when necessary to comply with applicable restrictions.

Vape Product Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping restrictions, vape products cannot be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Orders containing vape products require a physical street address and cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

If you provide a PO box address for an order containing vape products, we'll contact you to request an eligible delivery address before shipping.

Shipping Carriers & Expedited Delivery

Forge Hemp Company selects the shipping carrier and service for each order based on the products purchased, delivery destination, and applicable shipping requirements.

Expedited shipping is not offered as a standard checkout option. However, if you need your order sooner or prefer a specific shipping carrier, we're happy to explore available options.

Expedited or special shipping arrangements are subject to carrier availability, applicable shipping restrictions, and additional charges. While we'll do our best to accommodate special requests, expedited delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, we'll provide tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Forge Hemp Company.

Carrier transit times, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our direct control may affect delivery.

Delayed, Missing & Misdelivered Packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us. We're happy to help review tracking information, assist with carrier inquiries, and explore available options.

Missing, stolen, or misdelivered packages are evaluated individually based on tracking information, carrier findings, and the circumstances of the shipment.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates or automatically refund orders solely because a carrier experiences a delay. A delivery scan does not automatically determine the outcome of a claim.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order for a full refund before it ships.

Because we process orders quickly, please call us at 1-877-33-HEMP9 for time-sensitive cancellation requests, or email info@forgehemp.com with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or physical return, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
