At Forge Hemp Company, we know you're looking forward to receiving your order, and we work hard to get it on its way quickly.

Orders received by 2:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, normally ship the same business day, provided payment and age verification are complete.

Orders received after 2:00 PM Mountain Time, on weekends, or on holidays will generally ship the next business day.

Occasionally, our shipping schedule may change due to holidays, temporary closures, or other circumstances. When applicable, we'll communicate planned changes through a notice on our Website.

If an unexpected issue prevents us from shipping your order as scheduled, we'll make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Orders requiring additional age verification will remain on hold until verification is completed, subject to applicable laws governing shipping delays and order cancellations.

Shipping estimates refer to the time an order leaves our facility, not the date it will arrive. Carrier transit times are outside our direct control.

9. Order Cancellations

If your cancellation is time-sensitive, we recommend calling us directly. Because we process and ship orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that an email request will be received or processed before your package leaves our facility.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
